Hi! I'm Su and I'm a yoga teacher, myofascial release specialist and meditation guide. I help people regulate and balance their nervous systems through embodied practice.
My wellness journey has been one of constant self discovery. Yoga made me realize that all change starts from within, embodying the phrase ‘when things change inside you, things change around you’. That’s when my practice evolved from one on the mat to a way of life.
Having trained with eminent teachers such as Jason Crandell and Tiffany Cruikshanks, I incorporate asana, breathwork, meditation and myofascial techniques to build awareness of body and mind.
My teaching blends modern neuroscience with ancient yoga philosophy to help people move better, breathe deeper, and feel calmer — a grounding, sustainable practice that strengthens both body and spirit. I emphasize strength at end range, functional mobility, and mindful regulation, guiding students to reconnect with themselves from the inside out.
I've taught globally in retreats, teacher trainings and workshops - empowering both practitioners and educators to release chronic tension, restore balance in body and mind and teach with more confidence.
Whether through online courses, immersive retreats or corporate wellness programs, I teach from a place of personal experience and empathy, and believe in the power of yoga to find peace.
I'm nourished by travel, community, pickleball, astronomy, laughter and coffee.
