I had wanted to try yoga for a while, but didn't really know what to expect.
I was surprised to not only get a great workout and feel much more relaxed, but to realize that I'm feeling stronger and my balance is improving.
Su is a great instructor. Even though we're doing this virtually, her instructions are clear and her demonstrations always make it easy to follow the movements.
I would recommend her to anyone, no matter the age or what kind of shape they're in. I'm looking forward to working with her in person. She's a lovely and very patient person.

Su aims to understand the why/what before getting to the how. Why do I want to learn yoga? What are my goals? I especially appreciate the level of detail she goes into during our sessions; her grasp of the anatomical physics of yoga asanas is impressive! Su is an amazing teacher! She is calm and patient, and very attentive to you and your body's needs. For a beginner like me, Su gives me enough time to get comfortable with my body while taking me through the yoga asanas.
