Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Myofascial trains, MFR is one of the most effective ways to deal with chronic conditions, rehab from injuries, or recover from physical endeavors.
We use yoga tune-up balls, blocks, blankets and other props to address trigger points to release tension, restore hydration and increase range of motion.
A perfect complement to an active practice or a busy schedule - to release, recover and renew.
We begin with breathing techniques to set the stage for meditation. We learn the concepts of meditation such as the nature of the mind, ego, relationship between body, breath and mind as well as the actual practice of meditation. We explore multiple meditation styles and I provided voice-guided recordings to assist with cultivating a meditation habit
I have led and taught in teacher trainings all over the world. By virtue of having been raised in a traditional Vedic household, I not only learned but lived the philosophies of Yoga. And having a STEM background with a flair for the natural sciences has me passionate about the human body - how it functions, how it moves and the inseparability of mind, body, breath and its impact on the nervous system.
There's no better way to learn than to break something down and build it back up. Whether it's learning to invert, train as a team for an upcoming event or study the philosophical concepts underlying yoga, a 90-120 minute workshop is the way to go. I conduct small group workshops on mindful living, breathwork and asana practice, and athletic toning and recovery for individuals, corporate as well as sports teams

As a former corporate executive, no one knows better than I do about the pressures in the world of business and their impact on the individual and the firm. I consider the corporate entity as an ecosystem - where everything is connected and the impact of an action is often felt at times and places vastly different from the source.
To travel off-site as a team and indulge in self-nourishing, bonding activities that are introspective, fun and purposeful, benefits every person while elevating the team. Join me for a specially curated experience where the sum of parts will result in being greater than the whole.
